Booking/ Deposit Policy

As stated in our booking policy a nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to guarantee bookings. The balance of your payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival and depending on the villa, can be paid in check, money order, cashier's check or by Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard.

Low Season: April 15th to December 14th

High Season: January 10th to April 14th

Peak Season: December 15th to January 9th

Rates: All Rates are Per Week. Rates may only be prorated after initial week.
